My computer and/or software can’t download .rar designs. I tried dragging it to the screen and renaming it with a .vip, but nothing comes up. Help! (And Thanks!)

Hi Suzanne! The rar is just archive and contain all machine formats. You need unzip the archive with the program WinRAR https://www.win-rar.com/start.html?&L=4
